I started my company around 10 years ago and we have grown to almost 20 staff with key roles, responsibilities and processes. The business is in ecommerce but also specializes in offline sales conversions.
The task is to update the existing training manual as well as to create new training manuals and general process documentation for all parts of the business. The documentation needs to be improved to the point where a new employee can open the book and learn their entire role's processes without needing one on one training.
We also use Zoho One, which includes Zoho Teach, a training program for staff. Once the documentation has been created for each task/role, that will be added to Zoho Teach also.
Currently we have one master training manual which is over 130 pages and covers sales and customer support. There is no existing documentation on admin, website or many other processes. There is a lot of ad hoc information in many different google sheets.
All of this needs to be arranged within a single company training and processes manual, the format is to be discussed.
