This lets me know how solid you are at video creation and also if you are good on communication.

Our brand creates different YouTube channels that have "Faceless" videos that are compilations of stock video clips, other YouTube videos, various video sources, etc. and we need someone who knows how to put all of these ---------- 's important you are familiar with these video styles and know how to put these videos together FAST while keeping quality high and sticking to a very similar style the top YouTube channels in our niche are using for these types of videos.

Here are examples of Faceless video YouTube channels. Please go through these channels and ensure you know how to put ALL of these types of videos together before considering applying for this job. We are looking for a mix of these video styles.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be provided with stock video accounts, stock music libraries, given permission to cut clips from other YouTube channels (while giving credit), and you'll also be given access to script writers and voice ---------- will be your job to take all these ingredients and bake them together into these styles of videos.

In addition to knowing how to create videos like these, you'll also need editing skills like cropping, adding background tracks, text animations, image/video overlays, fancy call to actions that really get attention, weaving in the end screen, etc.
Here's what I'm looking for in someone for this position:

Ridiculously good at video creating. You look at the YouTube channels I've shown you and you have EXPERIENCE putting these types of videos together and feel 100% confident knowing it's not going to be an issue to create them at all
Ridiculously good at video editing. Like you look at other editors and feel sorry for them because you know that they can't even touch the quality of your work

FAST video creation and editing. I need quick turnaround times for everything so that we get shit done fast

UNDERSTANDING of how these types of videos work with the YouTube algorithm with the goal to keep people on the videos as long as humanely possible so we can monetize our channel with ad revenue and keep YouTube happy

EXCELLENT communication. I CANNOT have long periods where I don't hear back from you or where it's hard to get in touch. We need to be in communication constantly so we're both on the same page

EXCELLENT english. YOU WILL NEED TO BE ON THE PHONE SOMETIMES so you need to have a solid grasp of the english language, be able to speak and understand english well

NOT AFRAID to ask questions. I am always here if you have questions

NOT AFRAID to make mistakes. I WILL NOT GET MAD at you if you make ---------- just means we have some practice to do! If you make a mistake, we'll just setup a system to make sure it doesn't get repeated. Simple as that!

EYE FOR DESIGN. I love clean minimalistic design that pops. I'm in sales and marketing so you also need to know how to EDIT VIDEOS for sales and marketing where the call to action and important points are always the most dominant. This is absolutely critical

DOES WELL under pressure. Relaxed. Doesn't freak out about lots of work or tight timelines. Enjoys the job, likes working, likes designing, likes contributing to something bigger than yourself

Knows how to use a solid video editing software and has access to it

Has a fast internet connection

Has Skype account (or are willing to create a free Skype account)

BONUS: If you know graphic design and how to put together thumbnails for these videos that will reflect very well on your job application

BONUS: If you've ever managed teams that put videos like these together in an assembly-line process you could get a promotion and pay raise much sooner
