Copywriter Needed (Social Media Captions, Posts, Emails)

Are you passionate about social media? Do you love writing captions, finding the right hashtags, and creating the posting strategy for a brand? Do you have exceptional copywriting and organizational skills?

If you love all things social media and working from home while being part of an amazing team, we are looking for you.


THE ROLE:
We typically create short-form video content (reels, TikToks, highlights, animated explainer videos, etc) from longer-form YouTube videos.

We need someone that can write captions that drive leads for each piece of content.

You also will provide the copy for YouTube thumbnails, headlines for video clips based on the content, and potentially email copy as well.

The benefit of working with us is that we have a diverse set of clients, so you'll always be working on new things and have a lot of creative freedom at times.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience with writing captions for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Videos
- Understands marketing and sales on a deep level
- Ability to balance creativity and efficiency
- Upbeat and positive outlook
- Organized and self-managed
- Highly attentive to detail - provide accuracy and quality control
- Handle constructive criticism and have a growth mindset
- Ideally 2 years experience
- Fully capable computer and internet set up with ideally a 4GB RAM computer and a 3mbps internet subscription
- Willing to collaborate and present ideas


THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Study and understand the brand and target market
- Write captions that match the client's voice
- Include hashtags from research so each piece of content is ready to go
- Suggest content ideas and strategy
- Communicate effectively with your team leader and teammates
- Collaborate with creative team on shared clients.
