FREELANCE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT NEEDED

I am a headshot and personal brand photographer in search of a freelance virtual assistant to help with some task such as:

Copying information from questionnaire into specific templates (Data entry)
Creating Google Forms (I can train you in this task)
Updating Squarespace website with images and SEO formatting (you will be trained on how to do this)
Managing uploading stock photos onto a stock photography platform and keywording photos (you will be trained on how to do this)
Inputting information to my Client Management Software, Dubsado (I will show you how)
Designing albums for clients communicating with them through the process (I will train you on the program and provide you with an email address so you can correspond with them throughout the design process)

What I am NOT looking for: If you are disorganized or have difficulty with deadlines and structure, please do not apply

If you are not strong in communicating in English, please do not apply

What I am looking for: Hard Work and Efficient Performance is far more important than years of experience or length of ---------- dicated, loyal, on time, organized, hits deadlines, quick learner, smart, strong in English,

Every month is slightly different but on average I would say I have about 5 hrs/week worth of work offer. Some weeks it could be more, and some weeks less. If you end up being a great fit and show high-level of commitment, as my business grows, so will the tasks I have to offer you and the position could potentially change to part time or full time.
