What You Will Do
This is a UI/UX design position. You’ll be responsible for crafting concepts, requirements, and technical considerations into experiences that users love using emotional design interfaces. Manage the design process from initial mockups to deliverables
Work closely with engineers to implement finalized designs
Recognise differences and design patterns of different platforms, designing based on their capabilities
You realize copy is an important base to any solid design, and you sweat the details regarding word choice
Regularly prototype product interactions, communicating your thoughts onscreen as well as offscreen, using paper or a whiteboard

Qualifications
3-5 years experience in UI/UX design
Expert understanding of web design patterns, including navigation and IA, registrations and purchase flows, app interaction, and cross-browser/platform strategies
Expert proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
A portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for UI/UX design and problem solving through mobile and web design
A preoccupation with staying on top of mobile and web UI/UX design trends
Organizational skills, including the ability to manage your own projects and time
Strong desire to work with and contribute to the team

Bonus Points
You get excited about new design and interaction prototyping techniques (Framer.js, Origami, Pixate, etc)
You’ve run usability studies with real live customers
You have experience using responsive design techniques to optimize layouts and interactions for different screen sizes
You’re passionate about social media and want to help people produce awesome products

Perks
Work from home
Regular company social events
Casual, creative atmosphere
Possibility of shares in the company

We'd love to see what you've built and contributed to. Please provide a link to your design portfolio when you apply and your resume too. Thanks
