VA Business Developer

What you will be doing

As a Business Developer VA you will be responsible for assisting with the Business Development of the company. You will utilize social media, LinkedIn, and email etc. to create lists of businesses that are hiring primarily in South Carolina. You will make contact with these businesses and solicit our recruiting and staffing services. You will also assist in the recruiting efforts. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

The essential functions that are included but not limited to:

Researching companies that are actively hiring in South Carolina
Looking in the social media job groups for potential clients
Creating lists of potential clients
Filling in where needed with recruiting
Sending emails
Getting contracts signed
Following up with clients
Sending the necessary information to each person

Position breakdown

Business Development - 80%
Recruiting - 20%
