Main tasks you will be responsible for...
Making sure we always have 30-60 days of inventory in Amazon.
Creating and managing documents with 100% accuracy.
Sourcing new suppliers and products while managing cost and quality expectations.

Other tasks you will be responsible for, but not limited to...
Managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating prices.
Creating, sending, and logging purchase orders.
Creating, sending, and logging freight orders.
Sourcing new products and suppliers.
Sourcing new freight forwarders.
Managing samples and communicating with suppliers.
Managing communication and files between different teams within the business.
Managing invoices and making sure they accurate and up to date.
Uploading new products and variations to Amazon via flat file.
Creating cases within amazon and daily management of those cases.
Finding lost inventory within amazon and getting reimbursements for said inventory.

This is a basic list. While they will be the majority of what you will be doing, your role will not be limited to this list. Flexibility is key.

Skills required
**High attention to detail
Minimum 2 years experience in Amazon logistics
High speed internet connection
Ability to use google services - docs, sheets, forms, etc.
Experience with spreadsheets
Fluent in English
Ability to take video calls and send looms
Ability to follow directions

Skills highly preferred
Fluency in Mandarin and English
Native Chinese
Ability to source outside of China

Bonus Skills:
If you know PPC, customer service, basic video editing, basic adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, email marketing, or social media this is a plus. Please state skills in any of these categories.
