Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialist

We are in need of a full-time cold caller and lead generator for our small insurance agency located in California, USA. The shift is 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time. The position requires outbound calls to prospective clients, as well as doing the research to target them.

The target clients will be contractors, manufacturers, and warehouse businesses.

The ideal candidate will be accustomed to being a self-starter, and able to complete tasks independently, and have a command of spoken and written English. Much of the training will be self-directed, and we will provide the tools to generate the prospects to contact.

Our agency leverages MS Outlook, EZ Lynx (agency management system), Agency Zoom (insurance marketing system), and Zywave (insurance marketing system), as well as a few other tools. Prior experience with these is not required but helpful.

The expectation would be that you provide your own computer system equipped with MS Office and high-speed Internet. We will provide you with a US-based softphone, as well as a Gmail business account.

Pay is commensurate with experience and performance bonuses will be provided based on leads that generate business.
