IT Support

We are currently looking for someone to work as our IT ---------- will start as part-time and will then transition to full-time.

Responsibilities:
1. maintaining the safety and security of IT systems infrastructure
2. improving the stability of the operating systems to support business operations
3. install and upgrade software applications
4. ensure that the technical strategies meet the quality standards and business requirements
5. enhance the performance of the existing systems
6. configure features for optimization

Qualifications:
1. must have excellent communication
2. must have excellent technical skills
3. must have expertise in supporting the end-users with technical failures and identifying accurate resolutions
