Job Title: Website Marketing Assistant
Reports to: Head of Host Marketing
Job Overview
This role supports the Host Marketing team with Website, design and CMS administrational duties in order to provide exceptional host acquisition website content to support our local franchise partners.
The role includes scheduled admin based tasks to support suitability and freshness of the content on the localised landing pages, to include creation and upload of Host testimonial content, Franchise partner blogs and relevant Host/Guest reviews for properties.
Responsibilities and Duties
Able to rectify Hubspot lead allocation
Answer marketing tickets within our helpdesk
Answer google business reviews - weekly
Monitor social media activity - daily
Send all invoices to Marketing Invoice Spend for payment - As and when needed
Create
Create Google places (GMB) pages for new franchisees - monthly
Update monthly SEO report - monthly
Download host marketing reports and add to territory files - monthly
Upload and approve blogs via Hubspot (x1 a month), publishing launch blog posts.
Publish franchisee blog posts - as and when needed
Download & label new creatives, add to correct file - monthly
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have sufficient and relevant experience in carrying out administrative duties.
Familiarity and experience with website content management systems (CMS) - WordPress, Umbraco, Wix or Square Space, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced English language proficiency, both written and
Experience in using Google Workspace to follow established processes and effectively support administrative tasks.
Willingness to learn new systems and
Up-to-date knowledge of the Hospitality industry and Short Let Market is a plus.
