JOB OVERVIEW

---------- is a SaaS company looking for a customer success manager to deal with incoming support requests and proactively reach out to trial users to ensure they are using the product correctly.

The candidate should ideally have:

Previous experience working for a cold email SaaS or agency
Previous experience working in a customer success role
Proficient spoken English
Ability to follow SOPs and make daily reports to the rest of the team
