JOB OVERVIEW

We are a creative & experiential marketing agency in our first year of business. We specialize in brand design, web design, and development, and we are entering the Augmented Reality (AR) market. We are a small company with a burning passion to succeed, and we are looking for somebody who’s as passionate as we are to grow!

This is a remote freelance position of 20 hours per week with a 3-month renewable contract, and a commission will be paid for each sale closed, on top of the salary. This position will be working mainly in the European time zone.

The Sales & Account Manager needs to be goal driven, eager to grow, and adaptable. They need to have great communication and customer service skills.

Job description:
*) You will be responsible for building leads and creating an action plan
*) Develops new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications and sales strategies
*) Initiates sales process by cold email / LinkedIn outreach; building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments
*) Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services
*) Closes sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts
*) Managing relationships with the customers
*) Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
*) Providing ongoing support to customers
*) Resolving issues and providing solutions to customers

Requirements:
*) 4+ years of experience in sales/business development and account management with a proven track record of closing sales and nurturing relationships
*) Familiarity with inbound and outbound
*) Strategic thinker that thinks outside the box
*) Experience with an international pool of clients and prospects is preferred
*) HubSpot proficiency and knowledge of other tech stacks is preferred
*) Having an understanding of marketing, digital marketing products, and tech products (AR) is a plus
*) Reliable, and motivated to work with target, and possess good time management skills
*) Customer focused, and possess a sense of urgency
*) Quick learner as you will need to study the prospect’s business and offer a solution based on their needs
