English teaching material writer/ executive assistant

I put in part-time, but I'm really looking for someone to transition into a full-time position. The job has to start part-time because there's a learning curve.

I own a training school in Beijing, china and I'm looking for someone with perfect English skills to take care of background operations with me. This includes (but isn't limited to): Test creation, scheduling, curriculum improvement, creating activity sheets for the kids, some parent communication.

I'm looking for someone competent (and capable of working autonomously), reliable and ambitious who is looking to improve themselves and is looking for opportunities to grow and earn more money.
