Graphics Designer (URGENT)

Employment: Direct/Regular Employment
Hourly Rate: $7 - $10/HR AUD
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00AM - 4:00PM Manila Time)

We are looking for a Graphics Designer to help create and distribute content for the companies we work with.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working collaboratively in a fast-paced creative department on all design projects including (but not limited to) brochures, presentations, EDM templates, websites, advertising, and promotion material across both print and digital platforms.
- Conceptualize and produce quality graphics, layouts and finished artworks across all business units.
- Ability to deliver unique, creative, and compelling brand identity designs for new brands and products.
- Ability to create functional, user-friendly, and creative website designs
- Build and design UI high-quality mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like for Websites, - Applications, and Dashboards.
- Adhering to style standards/style guides on typography and graphic design.
- Stay consistent with our brand guidelines and Get feedback from stakeholders.
- Able to constructively receive and implement feedback from stakeholders.
- Communicating with all internal and external stakeholders in an effective manner to ensure expectations are met.
- Contribute to the team by coming up with solutions to problems.
- Multitasking across numerous design projects at any one time, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Design, or Information Technology or a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience in graphics design.
- Portfolio of design projects.
- Strong visual design skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe XD, Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in new brand and design concept creation.
- Ability to effectively multi-task prioritising and ensuring tasks are completed before or on time.
- Positive attitude, highly driven, and very motivated.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
- Obsessive when it comes to attention to detail, and quality of work, and a little compulsive with organising files.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- Ability to accurately follow briefs with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent high level of organizational and time management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Great work ethic. Proactive, motivated, innovative, and positive can-do attitude.
- Able to use Hubstaff time tracker.
