Full Stack Web Developer - Project Based Part Time

My Biz Niche is a full-service digital agency specializing in custom website design, development, and online marketing.

We are currently looking for a talented Full Stack Web Developer to join our team who will be responsible for developing and designing web applications and working alongside full-stack developers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Frontend and Backend Development
- Designing and developing APIs.
- Designing database architecture.
- Developing both the Front-end and Back-end applications.
- Conducting web applications performance, load, and security tests.
- Recommending solutions to improve performance as needed.
- Deploying the completed web application to the production server.
- Monitoring the performance of the live website.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work alongside graphic designers for web design features.
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Write technical documentation
- Work alongside Back-End Developers, who specialize in developing and maintaining the server and the technical side of website development.

- Proficiency in front-end and backend development web programming languages

- Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization, Google Analytics, and marketing automation principles.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Up-to-date experience with international web development protocols, standards, and technologies.
- Experience with SaaS.
- Knowledgeable in-browser testing and debugging.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- High-level customer focus with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Able to shift priorities and jump into different projects to quickly solve problems.
