Travel Planner for the Philippines

Help us schedule a trip to the Philippines for a family of 7. The journey is for 2 weeks. We enjoy living like the locals, visiting fruit, vegetable, and coffee farms, snorkeling/scuba diving, waterfalls, clear water, local food, etc. We generally avoid tourist areas unless there is something truly exceptional to see. We need help scheduling some of our activities and transportation. We would like to plow a field with a water buffalo, ride a water buffalo, and help farmers harvest fruits and vegetables from their farms.
