Social Media and Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Social Media and Marketing Assistant that can work directly with our Marketing team. You will report to our Marketing Manager. We are a digital marketing agency that specializes in working with only Roofing Companies in the USA.

We are looking for an innovative, growth-minded, and detail-oriented person to join our awesome team full-time!

This position is needing to be hired Immediately - it is full-time and will require training upfront to learn the processes required. If you cannot start immediately, please do not apply!

2. You do not have 1 Year of Social Media and Marketing Experience
3. You are not able to work a schedule during USA Daytime hours 8am-4pm Central Standard Time

JOB DUTIES:
A big portion of your duties will include timestamping, which is detailed below. Other activities may include but not limited to uploading posts to a scheduling system, getting social media posts ready, and mining for podcast guests. 

In regards to timestamping, your job will mainly be to watch long-form video content such as YouTube videos, speeches, webinars, presentations, and Facebook/Instagram lives to pull out “golden nuggets“ to be turned into social media posts.

A golden nugget can be defined as something notable and quotable:
* An aha ---------- nt
* An Epiphany
* New insight
* Straight Value
* Action Item
* Change of belief
* Confirmation of belief
* Challenging thought
* New opportunity
* New idea

Example of a finished video based on a “golden nugget” from a podcast and a webinar.

Your job will be to watch these videos and depending on the length of the video, create 10+ segments with captivating headlines. 

A headline is defined as a single sentence that describes what they’ll get out of the clip.

PREREQUISITES:
- Fluent in English with an understanding of proper grammar rules
- Must have a working camera for zoom calls and a stable internet connection

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Can work as a team with our team - follow directions, pay attention to details and learn our processes
- Must be able to Communicate effectively with our team both written and orally

TIME:
Dedicated full-time 40 hour per week position working with our team

BASE PAY & BENEFITS
Starting base pay paid hourly - equivalent of 45,000 PHP / month (full-time)
PAID VACATION DAYS
Base pay potential to grow with experience
