Web Developer & Designer

Apply to become a web developer/designer for a business services company in the relaunching phase.

You are applying for a 4-week part time position (24/hrs week + paid lunch) for some website launch projects with the potential of becoming a full time employee of my company. My business is called Company Go LLC and I provide a wide array business administrative services (B2B) to other corporations. This job will involve you finish a redesign the current company website along with working on a couple of other smaller business websites. The initial project will run 4-weeks, upon satisfactory work an extended contract may be offered to you depending on the remaining workload.
You must have experience and above average skills in this field, the software to complete your job and the ability to communicate effectively through online chat, zoom and means in order to be considered for the position. You will need patience to get your ideas across to less technical saavy clients. You need to be well versed in the areas of your expertise and although we don't expect you to know the answer to every question we WILL require you know where to find the answer!

Requirements:
Graduate of a Graphic Design or equivalent program
Experience with designing WordPress websites
Must already have your preferred software to complete job (Ex. Adobe Illustrator)
Knowledge of design, color, and typography principles
Illustrator and Photoshop, and/or Sketch proficiency
Ability to adhere to brand guidelines
Site Accessibility Standards
SEO
Excellent written communication skills, to communicate with management team.

Cybersecurity and deep API and plugin knowledge sought.

Nice to have:
Experience with Principle, After Effects, or other motion/animation apps
Understanding of UI/UX principles
Understanding of responsive web design philosophy and techniques
Understanding of basic HTML/CSS
