Digital Marketing Specialist

I'm looking to hire a digital marketing specialist to promote short-term rental properties.

Responsibilities:
1. Create and Optimize listings to improve the ranking on property management websites, including but not limited to Airbnb & Vrbo.
2. Set up & Sync booking Calendars to maximize occupancy rate.
3. Build processes to streamline operational tasks like inventory management, cleaning, and maintenance.
4. Update pricing to maximize revenue
5. Automate and streamline guest check-in & check-out process
6. Ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
7. Maintain an avg 4.5+ rating.


Experience
1. Understanding of SEO
2. Excellent written communication
3. Microsoft Excel & Word
3. Basic understanding of software like Hostaway, Pricelabs, Hospitable, RankBreeze. (Preferred)
