Project Manager

The Project manager will be responsible for website and product development, aligning our customer experience and products to make us the #1 choice in team sportswear. This is a unique role in a small business environment and we are motivated to work with someone that has transferable skills from previous jobs in Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Development, Digital Marketing, Salesforce Administration, Website Management, or anyone with an interest or passion for improving sales processes, using technology, and impacting sales. Preferred Qualifications:
* 5+ years of progressive work experience preferably with a US-based company or a multinational company based in the Phils
* College degree in Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields
* Strong background in CRM administration (Salesforce preferred), Website management/development, e-commerce management, sales and marketing, business development OR project management
* Must be analytical and love solving problems and passionate about finding solutions to make things better
* Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
* Comfortable working independently and remotely
* Can work cross-functionally and build relationships

You will be responsible for:
* Enabling and empowering our sales team to succeed through strategy, process improvement, and analytics
* Improvement of current products and development of new products
* Improvement and innovation of current website
* Managing technology tools such as cloud-based phone systems, CRM, platform/website, website app, e-commerce/WordPress, and other apps
* Sending out Marketing and drip marketing campaigns twice a week
* Looking for ways to streamline and automate processes, analyzing data from various sources
* Tracking metrics such as Activities, Funnels, Pipeline, Deal Sizes, Close Cycles
* Supporting Sales and Marketing and Customer Success in creating presentations and content
* Training internal users and introducing new processes, workflows, or website tools

We do not expect anyone to fit perfectly within the above description, but we are looking for someone who is quick to understand the desired outcomes, gets the context, and then works innovatively to get things done, and someone who is willing to learn and soak up a lot of knowledge and continuously upskill!

Salary: 40-50k PHP/month Depending on Experience
