Cobol Developer

I'm looking for a Cobol developer with experience. You should have knowledge of Cobol, but also of some other tools that are usually used like JCL, DB2.. At my job now, I'm using Rochade, Changeman, a type of Mainframe, etc. At this job, the coworkers/bosses are not really helpful, so I'm looking for someone to ghostwork for me sometimes, but also mentor/teach me what he is doing, so I can learn it long term. I guess it will only be necessary to have a person during some hours every week, so is not a full time job. I repeat, it is important that you have experience, and also that you are able to learn/understand new tools, since that things can be changing. The job is for a newbie developer, so it should be easy to do for a senior developer, since they just let me do the basic things. Let me know your hourly salary expectations in the application.
