Position: Full-Time Sales Assistant; Native English Speakers Needed
Compensation: $5/hr starting salary
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Standard Time

Are you comfortable speaking conversationally with native English speakers? This may be the job for you.

We are looking to add a new member to our team to help assess customer needs and direct them to the right service package. We already have warm inbound leads ready for you to assist and guide in choosing the best package suited to their needs.

Training is available for those who get accepted to the job.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has an excellent command of the English language with advanced spoken English skills enough to sound like a native English speaker
- We are looking for someone who is confident and whose spoken English flows naturally
- Apart from that we are also looking for someone with a good phone voice
- Someone who is thoughtful, inquisitive, with critical thinking skills to easily build rapport with the leads

Experience in selling services, insurance, real estate, or medicine (med reps) is not a requirement but will be a plus.

As indicated above, the job will start at $5/hr but will have the opportunity to increase as you grow with the company. Additionally, if hired, you will also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage leads
- Handle sales and customer inquiries (phone and emails)
- Respond to messages promptly and professionally
- Assist in the development of product knowledge to utilize it to best serve customer’s needs
