SEO & SEM Expert - Online

We are seeking a reliable and experienced SEO (Search Engine Optimizer) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Expert who can handle all tasks related to SEO, SEM and website maintenance for 2 company websites: Australian Immigration Specialists and Liberty Property Buyers.

- Australian Immigration Specialists - we provide advice, recommendations and assess eligibility for prospective applicants around the world to obtain a temporary or permanent residency visa to live or work in Australia
- Liberty Property Buyers - we locate Australian properties for investors to build wealth through regional property investments

All candidates must be able to prove skills and work experience related to the following:

Requirements and duties:
• At least 3 years of proven experience related to SEO and SEM
• Excellent English communication skills including strong reading and writing ability
• Manage and implement SEO optimisation techniques – including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, audits, meta tags, content, site architecture, internal linking, schema, sitemaps, load speed etc
• Advise, recommend and implement any new strategies required to improve SEO, SEM performance and rankings
• Monitor Site Speed & recommend improvements to improve SEO performance and listings
• Research targeted keywords based on targeted clients
• Experience implementing and monitoring Google adwords
• Monitor all site development tasks including new Web pages to ensure they are built/deployed considering SEO fundamentals
• Demonstrate In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console, Keyword Tracking Tool other SEO related tools
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Wordpress, Web design and User Interface design
• Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Generate monthly reports – including in-depth analysis and recommendations for growth
• Analyse SEO reports to identify trends, issues, areas for opportunity and create action plans to improve performance and results
• Ability to think creatively and analytically, attention to detail and strong focus on quality

Work conditions include:

• Full time or part-time hours online 6/8 hours per day between 9am to 6.00pm Sydney time
• Monday to Friday
• Initial monthly trial salary 25,000-30,000 PHP
• Long term secure position based on ongoing performance
• Immediate start
