Cost Accountant

We are searching for an honest and reliable Cost Accountant to join our team.

POSITION Qualification Requirements:
- Preferably a degreed Accountant (Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a relevant field) with 5 years of work-related experience
- Must be proficient with QuickBooks Professional Online
- Must speak excellent English
- Must be proficient and skilled with Microsoft Office Software Suite (IE: Excel, Word, Etc).

Duties/Responsibilities include BUT are NOT LIMITED to:
- Process and Upload Bi-Weekly Payroll to Payroll Service Company
- Enter Vendor and Supplier Invoices into the Account Payable
- Daily Review of all Credit Card Transactions.

Email, Text, and Phone call follow-up with employees that don’t submit their expense receipt
Review receipts for any unauthorized transactions or purchases.
- Review Daily vehicle Fuel Charges and match them to assigned vehicles.
- Expense Account Reconciliations
- Pulling and preparing financial Reports
- Data Entry
