We are looking for a rockstar customer service representative who absolutely LOVES creating relationships with customers and making them happy. If turning an unhappy customer into a RAVING fan puts a smile on your face, this is the job for you. You will start probation as a part-time job to see if you are a good fit for us. If all is good, we will convert you to full-time.

We look after our tea ---------- mbers as our own family. We don't want any short-term employees. You grow as we grow! The 13th-month benefit will be provided.

***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES***

• Resolving customer complaints, and going the extra mile to WOW them with amazing customer service (Email, Facebook, Instagram)
• Liking and replying to ALL comments and messages on Facebook & Instagram
• Responding to customer reviews
• Handling required admin works

***REQUIREMENTS***

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Must LOVE serving customers (meaning it makes you happy and literally GIVES you energy)
• Must be familiar with Facebook and Instagram (likes, comments, FB messaging, & Instagram DM’s)
• Must have INCREDIBLE attention to detail
• Must be FLUENT in English
• Flexibility to work on weekends if required
• Being able to answer a project manager
• Being able to work in a team
