We’re looking for talent to join our awesome and fast-growing team. Our team’s a pretty crazy, energetic bunch, almost entirely based in the Philippines.

What You'll Do...

* Conduct onboarding calls to our clients who just bought our programs; check on them to make sure they got everything
they need (materials, access to the program, etc.) You won’t be cold calling.
* Respond to and resolve support emails and chats in a prompt manner.
* Support Community Managers, Product Directors, and online events.
* Engage with clients in our private community.
* Proactively work toward and exceed individual KPI targets and other general tasks.

Ideal Candidate Will Be...

* Someone with a strong customer service background in both phone and email.
* Customer focused… You love, love, love talking to customers and being on the phone! You could do it all day! You have
genuine empathy and want the best outcome for them.
* Detail-orientated ... you're also probably a little obsessive around details.
* Highly organized and a critical thinker... you'll need to be ... because you will be working with different teams, and each has
its own set of outcomes.
* Outcome-driven... You love schedules and you love getting stuff done on time..... failing or missing deadlines kills you on
the inside (you feel terrible when things don't happen for you).
* Flexible and versatile, you are open to taking on different roles and responsibilities (As the business grows and evolves,
there will be more opportunities to take on different roles and positions)
* You want to be part of a team that wins! You love winning, you love creating, and you love producing great results.
* Making a difference matters to you. Living a life of insignificance destroys you inside. You want to play a bigger game.

Your Work Agreement...

* 40 hours per week, ideally Monday to Friday but must be open to rotating shift roster that may include late shift and
weekends
* Your starting monthly salary will be $1,000.00 AUD (approximately Php 35,000.00)
* Your salary will be paid bi-weekly and sent directly to your bank account
* 10 PH Legal holidays will be observed

Technical Requirements...

* Has a strong fiber internet connection
* Has stable power at home or has a backup generator when power outages happen, or has nearby access to a co-working
office or a place where there is stable power and internet when unable to work from home.
* Preferably has a laptop with at least an i5 processor and 4G ram or equivalent.
