Lead Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Good English written, grammar, & verbal communication skills
• Answer incoming calls from seller leads
• Set appointments
• Follow-up with leads and re-engage them
• Process live transfer calls to acquisitions tea
• Manage CRM system
• Generate leads by various sources: auctions, pre-foreclosures, Craigslist ads, direct mail, website, realtor list, cold calling, etc.
• Perform sales prospecting and database management of system for follow-up of leads
• Properly enter detailed notes, enter accurate, tags, labels, tasks, and pipeline stages, and follow up on all task and reminders promptly.
• Report call numbers daily and weekly using methods and tools provided by the Company.
• Achieve minimum number of attempted contact (dials), contacted, follow-up and set appointments for prospects in the database for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals established mutually by the Company and the Employee
• Provide end of day
• Manage pipeline of prospects
• Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by lead system
• Schedule appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
• Must be results driven and have the mindset to want more financially
• Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
• Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
• Attend business meetings and trainings as required
• Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

• Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs/Suite and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Must possess problem solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
