JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a Virtual Assistant / Community Manager to Connect, Message, and Follow up with our ideal clients through LinkedIn, Facebook, & Instagram logged in as me.

The goal is to start conversations and book sales calls through our calendar as well as add leads to the pipeline directly. Your role will be vital to increasing the number of sales opportunities we have in the business to increase revenue and allow us to expand.

- Finding qualified Connections on LinkedIn, adding them to SalesNavigator
- Finding qualified Connections on Facebook, adding them as friends and inviting them to the group
- Accept New Members Into Facebook Group, log info into Sales Center
- Create weekly post in Facebook group
- Messaging New Member About ---------- report Via Facebook
- Appointments Setting... getting everyone from social platforms to the actual calendar for sales teams
- Data / Analytics / Tracking of all activities

You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.

$250/month for full-time work (40 hours a week shown on time proof) with bonuses meeting goals (varies), qualified booked appointments ($2 each, and sales that close ($10-50 each).

You’ll be working with the CEO and the sales team. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs to handle appointment setting and sales tasks.
