Required Qualifications:
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills
• At least 1yr. work experience as an Appointment Setter / ISA / Outbound / Cold caller.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Products such as Outlook, and Teams, and at least familiar with using Calendly application and CRM Systems.
• Works in a professional manner.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and face-paced environment. Strong communication, presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound/cold calls using an auto-dialer or direct dial system to contact Potential Referral Partners or Referral Targets and schedule them for a quick call with a Loan Officer.
• Set up at least 60 confirmed appointments per month.
• Make outbound calls to encourage potential clients to attend the events. (As needed)
• Manage database and pipeline of leads in CRM.
• Schedule appointments, send out invites, conduct lead follow-up, and nurture until appointments are set.
• Respond and engage in inbound communications (SMS/Emails) using templated and guided scripts.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Verify if the scheduled meetings are legitimate or valid.
• Able to meet or exceed monthly meeting targets.
• Make outbound calls for Genie Recruiting. (As needed)
• To book the appointments accurately and concisely through Calendly, Outlook, etc.
• To inform and/or update the Loan Officers of their scheduled appointments or rescheduled meetings.
• To maintain open communication with the assigned Loan Officers and Branch Managers.
• Work on tasks assigned by the Managers. (As needed)

System Requirements:
• Connection Speed: at least 25Mbps. with available backup internet.
• Operating System: Windows 10/11 Pro or Enterprise
• CPU: Processor i5 or greater, AMD Ryzen 3000 or greater, 12GB RAM or greater
• Hard Drive RAM: Solid State (SSD) 512GB or greater. A Dual Monitor/Screen is a plus but not required.
• Video Display: Full HD 1080p or greater.
• Noise Cancelling Headset.
