Client Success Manager for Finance Professional

We are hiring for AA Accounting! We are looking for a rockstar client success manager who has experience working with finance professionals.

We are looking for a talented professional who can work part-time, with the possibility of going full-time during tax season. We need someone who is highly organized and hard-working and can assist us in managing client needs day to day.

The required qualifications include having past work experience as a Client Success Manager as well as having excellent English skills. We also need someone who has the ability to easily learn new software.

Lacerte Tax
Tax Dome
Microsoft Office
Any other tax or accounting system

You will be responsible for assisting the team with client workflow, monitoring the status of each client, following up on overdue tasks, and assisting in the client onboarding ---------- addition, we need someone who is able to communicate with clients via email and forward all calls, voicemails, and text messages to the appropriate tea ---------- ---------- general, we need someone to manage our client's success through the tax preparation process.

This company operates in the CST time zone.
