Experienced outbound telemarketer, appointment setter, sales virtual assistant

I am looking for a professional with an outgoing personality to make outbound calls to schedule face to face appointments for 30 minutes for coffee with real estate agents. The candidate would need to be goal oriented and results driven. Preferably someone with experience making outbound sales calls, although that is not required if the person is capable of performing. Success would be determined by setting up quality appointments on a weekly basis. Would prefer to start out part time to see if it needs to expand further. If it needed to expand and the candidate is not able to the right candidate could continue part time even if we needed to add another.
