Lead generator for Design Agency

Hello,
I'm leading a design agency in Europe.
We do general design tasks:
- Logo
- Brand guide
- Landing pages (just the design)
- Ads visuals
..

We sell to small businesses and startups.

Some tasks you will do as part of our team:

- Identify potential customers (from Twitter and ---------- ), draft emails for them, follow up with them when they don’t reply. Record all of this in a database.
- Do the outreach (email or chat)
- Present the service through an email/other chat services
- Schedule a call with the warmed lead and me

Key Skills

- Strong written English communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- A “can do” attitude and willingness to take on tasks of any size

Pay

- $500 per month for full time work (40 hours/week) - this will depend on your skills and other people that apply for the job.
- I am looking for a full-time employee. Will do a test at the beginning.

Perks

- You can work whenever you want as long as you have 1 hour of overlap with Europe CET business hours (09:00 - 19:30 ) Monday - Friday.
- If you work extra hours (more than 40) you will get paid over time.
- Flexible vacation. If you need time off just let me know in advance!
- Opportunity to receive advances and bonuses. If you do a good job I will give you raises and bonuses.
