Maintenance Coordinator

Communicate directly via phone and email with service providers, vendors, tenants, and maintenance contractors to schedule repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance, and other projects required to keep the company’s physical assets running smoothly.

This job entails a full-time commitment, requiring availability for 40 hours per week. While prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred, it is not mandatory.
