EXPERIENCED SEO DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Job duties will consist of, but not be limited to; managing and overseeing 4 different teams listed below. Your biggest asset is that you need to be an excellent employee manager. Excelling in organizing workflow for the departments. Researching and solving problems on your own that the team leads bring to your attention. You will be in direct contact with upper level management of the company. You will be in charge of the hiring process to fill all of the sub-level teams listed. Your SHIFT will be 8AM-5PM Central Time. You will be required in overseeing training of the employees of each team. Teams to be managed:

Social Media
Graphics
Google business profile
Link building

Help develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies across multiple brands
• Identify & implement optimization opportunities
• Meet & monitor business KPIs
• Prepare and present metrics, reports, and insights
• Define engineering product requirements
• Keep up to date of the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing developments, and cultivate proprietary knowledge
• Represent SEO & SEM perspective in cross-functional team discussions
• Reports to upper level management

REQUIREMENTS:
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong process aptitude
• Fast & voracious learner
• Good time-management & prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 1-3 years of experience as a Search Engine Marketing Specialist or a similar highly analytical, hands-on marketing position
• 3-5 years in an employee manager position
• Knowledge of web analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
• Working knowledge of basic web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a big plus, especially as they relate to SEO & SEM
• You do not have to be an expert in all of the categories, but you must have a good understanding of each, as you will be in charge of the departments and will need to be able to problem solve on your own.
• You must be a proven excellent employee manager above all else
