Do you have expert-level skills and knowledge of industry-standard best practices specific to web design? (This means if we asked you rapid-fire questions about UX, UI, and responsive design, you could answer without hesitation!)

Can you share breathtaking examples of outstanding user experiences you created using text, visuals, and other design elements?

Can you demonstrate your proficiency by explaining how you create designs that dynamically change to fit any screen without sacrificing user experience?

We are looking for a highly skilled web designer that specializes in creating interactive user experiences that drive sales!

Specifically, you know how to develop effective user interfaces, improve user experience, and have a responsive design for all devices while keeping site speed top of mind.

We need someone who can:

- Design web pages, landing pages, email marketing series, ads, and micro-interactions to generate leads and guide our customers through our website for the smoothest possible experience.

- Plan interfaces that are straightforward and intuitive with repeatable actions that guide our users to the desired outcome in the shortest amount of time possible.

- Combine usability with functionality for the most intuitive navigation.

- Shape our users’ experiences while keeping them engaged as you guide them through the site, always ensuring that your designs are best suited to our specific B2B audience.

- Create designs that easily translate to different devices without interfering with functionality or user experience.

- Ensure that HTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), and JavaScript components like menus, text, and buttons are clear and usable. (We also have a web developer with who you will work closely in this regard).

- It might go without saying, but we also need you to have:

- A strong understanding of typography, color theory, photo editing, and image optimization

- Knowledge of best practices for the use of web fonts, image formats, and style sheets for optimal site speed

- Familiarity with industry-standard design software and expert-level skills in layout, photo editing, and creation of vector-based images

- Willingness and ability to design for email marketing, display ads, social media posts, and Amazon A+ content,

- Ability to create and maintain a database to organize high-quality product images, logos, and design elements

If it’s not too much to ask … we would also be thrilled if you have:

A/B testing background

Animation experience

Familiarity with Klaviyo, Amazon, social media, Big Commerce, Trello, Teams, Skype, Zoom, etc.
