REQUIREMENTS FOR SALES MANAGERS: (please take note of the following, we will not be accepting those who do not fall under these requirements)

1. MUST be a graduate of any 4-year course
2. WITH EXPERIENCE as a Sales Manager in Real Estate
3. MUST be residing near Metro Manila and must be willing to work ON-SITE
4. with an EXISTING NETWORK is a plus
5. with Good Communication Skills
6. with Leadership Skills to handle his /her own team
7. Personal Selling is Allowed
8. with Marketing & Engagement Funds
9. Build a Core group in Real Estate
10. Provide leadership training

•Can sell Residential, Office, and Commerical projects
•With monthly allowance, competitive commissions, and an online marketing budget
•Opportunity to Travel (Locally & Internationally)
• Will also provide Intensive project training and salesmanship.
