w@hs is building a Special Agents team for a US client in the business of Government Services. Special Agents are responsible for responding to 2-way text inquiries, requests, and complaints about government-related information and non-emergency services. They are to provide consistent, accurate and high quality services to customers.

Requirements
• Required language(s): English
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must have at least 1 year of college, technical or vocational school, any field.
• Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Must have a Philippines Social Security System (SSS) number or validated E1/E4/E6 Form • Must have a Philippines mailing address. • Must submit paperwork in person at our call center in Makati City (MANDATORY).
• Must agree to work a minimum of 10 hours of fixed schedule a week.
• Must work 6 hours on a weekend (Weekend Hours: 12AM Saturday to 12PM Monday).
• May work a maximum of 7 hours / day ; Maximum of 38 hours / week
• Must have access to a computer witha reliable high-speed internet connection and the following software programs: Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office, Acrobat Reader, Skype, Flash Player
• Must have regular access to e-mail
• Cannot be currently employed by kgb or any of its subsidiaries
• Former kgb Special Agents or employees of kgb Philippines (or INFONXX) must check if eligible to re-apply. Reapplication is subject to Management and HR approval.

Qualifications:
• Above average Internet research skills
• Excellent reading and comprehension skills
• Outstanding written English communication skills
• Computer savvy with at least 35 WPM typing speed
• Enthusiastic, passionate, creative, clever, curious, dedicated, and driven by high levels of customer satisfaction
