Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
Working Days: 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)

Job Description:
We are searching for a Link Prospecting & Outreach Specialist to help us increase brand awareness by building high-quality backlinks.
We need a person who can promote our brand to relevant people and businesses and get them to link to our website. An ideal person for this role is tech-savvy and possesses excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Link Prospecting & Outreach Specialist have an active role in all parts of our customers’ SEO link building and guest posting campaigns, from the initial outreach to helping negotiate the links and expanding our database of publishers.

Responsibilities:
• Prospecting potential websites and people for outreach and placing links per each client’s campaign goals
• Constant follow-up, negotiation, and relationship building with webmasters
• Import and organize people and websites within Buzzstream or other similar tools
• Constant tracking of outreach efforts
• Continuous monitoring and assurance of the client's website's healthy backlink profile
• Continuous service and workflow improvement initiatives aimed at improving value and overall cost-effectiveness.
• Report to SEO Manager with successes, progress, and opportunities

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in Search Engine Optimization, preferably link building outreach
• Experience working with popular SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Must be able to work with a sense of urgency
• Must be comfortable working within a CRM like Buzzstream
• Must be able to multi-task and occasionally assist with other SEO tasks
• Must be a great communicator and relationship-builder
• Must have a passion for search engine optimization and show it
• Knowledge in various outreach tactics to effectively garner links. Ideally, you’d already have your own email outreach templates to start with.
• Knowledge in various prospecting tactics to increase the chances of getting a successful link.
• Ability to write and communicate fluently in English.
• Knowledge in the importance of the following things when it comes to link building: Domain Authority, Traffic Origin, Monthly Search Traffic, Anchor Text.
