We are an international company that specializes in Healthcare and Baby products. We sell our products on Amazon in the UK and the USA.

We are looking for an Amazon Customer Service to work for us 10 to 20 hours a week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Represent our brand well across all customer service channels
- Create solution-based emails, and live chat messages in response to customers, and inquiries.
- Work independently; manage time and multi-task.
- Communicate regularly with the team, and management using Email
- Convey solutions and ideas that will improve our business and customer service experience
- Attend tea ---------- etings to check in with fellow tea ---------- mbers and management

BONUS: If you are an expert in something else like the following:

- Content for email marketing
- Social Media - Facebook, Instagram
- Increasing review rate for Amazon products
- Cross-marketing: creating inserts for related products to cross-promote
- Sending samples to influencers
- Shopify website

QUALIFICATIONS:

- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of Customer Service Experience preferred
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Critical thinking skills
- E-Commerce (Amazon) experience is a MUST!
- Reliable Internet Connection
- Reliable Working PC/Laptop
- Experience using Shopify is a plus
- Must be able to communicate via Zoom Video and Email.
- Exceptional Time Management and Organizational skills
- Available for Part-time positions only
