Looking for long term graphics designer

I'm looking for somebody who can create beautiful graphic designs for blog posts, edit and create PDF's and possibly create the occasional infographic.

Probably around 5 hours per week most weeks.

Some weeks may be 0 hours, other weeks my be 10 hours.
