OVERVIEW

The Amazon Team Leader keep brand accounts running smoothly on various online marketplaces such as Amazon and others. You will collaborate with our fast-growing Retail Team comprising of Amazon and ecommerce operations specialists executing customized launch plans and ongoing support for clients across the world, so excellent organization and time management skills are a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Be the in-house expert on the Amazon ecosystem and its solutions, understand our clients’ needs and consult with them from a holistic perspective to achieve the best possible results both on and off Amazon
- Monitoring team progress on the completion of tasks, and communicating status to internal and client stakeholders
- Lead communications relating to key projects, providing milestones and setting of expectations for team and clients, building trust
- Preparing and presenting documentation for client solutions
- Leverage Amazon’s data and your understanding of Distribuclic’s customers to provide guidance to both new and existing clients via business reviews and frequent in-person client sessions
- Work cross-functionally with sales and other Distribuclic’s partners to drive revenue and increase client satisfaction
- Stay up to date with Amazon innovation and news across retail and media
- Help identify Amazon restrictions on new product ideas
- Stay up-to-date about latest Amazon news and policies and communicate important updates with tea ---------- mbers
- Identify 90-day goal and ensure alignment with the weekly priorities and targets.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Build and track KPIs that are important to the account/brand’s vision, mission, and core values.
- Manage high level Amazon cases and support tea ---------- mbers by providing solutions to day-to-day operational challenges.
- Track product performance for new and mature SKUs.
- Develop merchandising and promotional plans to drive revenues and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to initiate promotional campaigns and track and measure success
- Ensure timely execution of recurring account maintenance tasks
- Ensure tea ---------- mbers are on track with their priorities
- Ensure proper tracking of tasks under the correct project and task sections in Asana
- Identify estimated time allocation for tasks

REPORTING:

- Monthly revenue report
- Account health report
- Case resolution report
- Inventory Reports

Meetings:

- 30-minute weekly tea ---------- eting (accomplishments, pending, issues, other concerns)
- 30-minute weekly meeting with the Assistant Account Manager (Priorities, pending, issues, capacity)
- 1-hour monthly meeting with the Assistant Account Manager (Product Performance of new products, Task performance reports)
- 1-hour weekly Managers meeting (Quarterly 30-minute performance review for each member, Quarterly Managers meeting)

Qualifications:

- 3+ years professional experience in Amazon and ecommerce operations
- Thorough understanding of Amazon and ecommerce operations through relevant job experience
- Experience communicating with and supporting internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools
- Understanding of Amazon’s products and services including advertising and retail
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
- Overall understanding of Amazon’s core principles, business objectives and development history
- Amazon advertising accredited
- Commercial acumen
- Experience in a start-up culture i.e. self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment
- Excellent communication with Clients over email and video conference eg Zoom
- Familiar with project management tool like ASANA
