JOB OVERVIEW

Your main job is to make sure the customers of our stores have a great customer service experience according to your managing skills. You will answer questions and reach out to our supplier. You will also help yourself due improving the customer service flows. You will work consistently and get your target KPI’s done. You will also make some data reports of all the customer service data.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the customer service employee of one store
Responsible for achieving the personal KPI’s and sending a weekly report
Ensure great customer service experience
Communicating with the general manager
Providing feedback on the e-mail flows
Following the macros standard, and policies of the customer support
Keep in touch with your general manager about your KPI’s
attend weekly meetings
Perform any task assigned by the general manager

RESULTS
All customer inquiries are answered within 36 hours
All problems and questions of customers are solved
Achieve target KPI’s
Customers are satisfied with you as a customer support employee

REQUIREMENTS
You are a people person and care about people
You speak English fluently
Possibility to become a full-time employee

Technical experience (must-have):
Must-have Shopify experience
Some experience with a ticket system like Zendesk
Familiar with dropshipping
