High Quality T-shirt designer wanted

I'm looking for designers to design t-shirts. I am looking for people who are VERY creative. I will be giving you ideas, phases, niches, keywords and you will transform those ideas into an quality t-shirt design.
I am not looking for very complex designs.

I am looking for someone who will be able to take my idea and turn it into a design within some hours after I message you the idea.

All Designs must be unique!

I would like to see 3 of your best designs that would fit into this category. If I can find the right designer or designers I will be using them for my upcoming project which will be for several unique designs and could lead into long term work.

Please attach your rate per design, 3 of your best designs, turn around time. and description of your experience.
