A chatbot marketing agency is looking for a chat Customer /Technical support specialist.
Who will have the following responsibilities:
Creating video training materials
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Requirements and skills:
- High-level English writing is a MUST >>
- Familiarity with the chatbot industry is a big plus
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
