Virtual assistant/ Operations manager

Alpha fire and security systems LLC Located in New Jersey US is looking for an operations manager capable of handling general administrative tasks. We provide Alarm system service and installation throughout the state. The candidate will be required to learn new software specific to the alarm industry and manage service calls and dispatch.

-Must have previous experience working for a US based company with late working hours (8AM-4PM Eastern time)
-Excellent Communication in English
-Construction manager or previous management experience in related field
-Keeping customers information up to date
-Keeping customers agreements/Contracts up to date
-Proficient in Microsoft office
-Data Entry
-Scheduling inspections and service calls
- Ability to work 8:00AM EST till 4:00PM EST
