As our Facebook Ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective Facebook ad campaigns, monitoring and analyzing performance data, and collaborating with our team to ensure that all marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with our clients' goals.

We're willing to pay a competitive salary of P40,000, 13th month pay, paid vacation, and unlimited profit share!

Some of your key roles and responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing effective Facebook ad campaigns that meet the goals and objectives of our clients.
- Conducting thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize ad targeting strategies.
- Creating and testing ad copy and ad creative to maximize ad performance.
- Monitoring and analyzing ad performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating with the digital marketing team to ensure that Facebook ad campaigns are integrated with other marketing efforts, such as email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.

Your success in this role will be measured based on a variety of key performance indicators (KPIs), including click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, ad frequency, and cost per click. By consistently monitoring and optimizing these KPIs, you'll be able to ensure that our clients' Facebook ad campaigns are driving results and meeting their marketing goals.
