Sales Executive
This is a work-from-home opportunity and is available to any qualified salesperson. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new clients and service existing client requirements, then we want to hear from you. As a Sales Executive, you will ensure monthly and annual sale targets that are achieved and exceeded by utilizing new client and old client development.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Ensure monthly and annual sales budget are achieved by targeting clients in our CRM.
• Examine Property Condition/repairs needed of property via Real estate platforms.
• Develop new business, increase new and existing clients.
• Understand the 4 Pillars of Real Estate
• Ensure accurate property ARV (After Repair Value).
• Ensure accurate Comps Using Zillow and other Real Estate sites.
• Build rapport with incoming and existing leads.
• Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our Company Values: Respect, Understanding,
Creativity, and Professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responding to requests in adherence with company procedures.
• Use company processing & CRM systems.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding work
• Work on monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
• Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each client is passed to the Acquisition
Coordinator to agreed standards.
• Working with a wider team to resolve problem orders.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 3 years demonstrable sales success within Real Estate.
• Ability to communicate via telephone and text.
• General higher education or sales training and qualifications.

The primary goal of this position is to provide meticulous, high-quality work following accepted standards, guidelines, and procedures. Job knowledge and competency are built through the structured positive step-by-step training and supportive coaching from management.
The Lead Manager is responsible for tracking all the leads in the CRM and monitoring/editing existing automatic follow-ups. How many leads did we get? How many offers did we make? How many appointments do we have?
You will have tasks to accomplish each day, but we value employees with INITIATIVE and PROBLEM-SOLVING skills that can notice issues and come up with solutions WITHOUT needing a manager to assign a specific duty.
