Accountant

Position: Accountant
Reporting to: Finance Managers (Dubai & Manila)
Duties: Handle full set of accounts of Dataflow companies based in the Middle East
Carry out general accounting functions such as processing payments and receipts, invoicing to clients, accounts entry, accounts documentation, etc.
Perform the overall accounting functions that include preparation of financial statements, budgets and management accounts
Prepare other accounting-related reports and reconciliation
Handle year-end audit; compile and prepare supporting schedules, work papers and financial reports as requested by auditors
Liaise with tax agents, auditors, bankers and company secretaries to ensure all statutory compliance is adhered for the company
Other duties as directed

Knowledge & Skills Required: Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Ability to be 'hands-on' and interact well with diverse cultures
Excellent written, verbal and reporting skills
Strong personality and ability to perform well under pressure
Willing to travel, as and when needed.
Training & Education Required:
Accounting degree / Professional Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA etc)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years working experience in related field and has essential skills in Financial Reporting and Auditing
Equipment Knowledge: Adept at using MS Office Applications
Knowledge & experience of Netsuite accounting system is an advantage
