Job title: HR Manager

Job Location: Manila, Philippines Office
Job purpose (Role):
Looking for Unit HR Manager to manage the HR Aspects of operations unit in Manila, Philippines.
Duties and responsibilities:
- 6-10 year work experience, with at least 3-5 years heading the HR function of a business unit for assigned locations.
- Should have created HR policies and processes for employees
- Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, career progression path, succession planning
- Experience with market bench-marking on jobs and compensation
- Conversant with local labor laws, employment laws, statutory compliance and audits
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to take decisions
- Proven track record of delivering under pressure
- Experience in administering and analyzing performance appraisal cycles and employee surveys.
- Proven problem solving capabilities
- Good interpersonal relationships
- Ability to work closely with senior management
- Good spoken and written communication skills

- PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
