Instructional Designer

Looking for an experienced instructional designer to join the team of a small, fast growing US-based live training business. The role can be freelance or may become a full-time position. Specific responsibilities include: (a) Revamping existing training curriculum for live, in-person workshops. (b) Developing assets for more impactful virtual delivery. (c) Assisting in (or leading) the development of entirely new courses. (d) Creating content for our differentiated role play simulation training and integrating simulations into existing learning programs. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional English-language communication skills (written and verbal), 5+ years of experience in learning & development / organizational development, excellent technology skills (PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign), strong visual design capabilities, and enjoy working with a small remote team.
